I am recruiting for an Estimator to join a client of mine in Hampshire, they are a main contractor working on super prime residential projects.
Role and responsibilities:
- Working as part of the pre‑construction team
- Reporting into the Commercial Director
- Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together detailed estimates
- Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live
Requirements:
- Experience working for a main contractor, ideally in super prime residential sector
- Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager
- Good knowledge of JCT form of contract
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
Salary and benefits:
- Salary up to £65,000
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
