Estimator

I am recruiting for an Estimator to join a client of mine in Hampshire, they are a main contractor working on super prime residential projects.

Role and responsibilities

Working as part of the pre‐construction team

Reporting into the Commercial Director

Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together detailed estimates

Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live

Requirements

Experience working for a main contractor, ideally in super prime residential sector

Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager

Good knowledge of JCT form of contract

Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages

Salary and benefits

Salary up to £65,000

25 days holiday + bank holidays
