Overview

I am recruiting for Contract Managers to join a client of mine based in Portsmouth. They are a privately owned regional contractor with projects that vary in value up to £5m. This company has a great reputation and pipeline of work.

Qualifications

  • HNC or Degree in Construction Management
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects at the same time
  • Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Background working for a main contractor and a proven track record of delivering projects from start to completion

Responsibilities

  • Reporting into the Operations Manager
  • This is a roaming role; you will be covering 2-3 projects at once
  • Oversee work from the start through to completion
  • Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
