Konnect Recruit are currently seeking an established Project Manager on a permanent or Freelance basis to run a £5million scheme in Oxfordshire. Works are primarily groundworks and MEP.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Programming - ASTA
- Client liaison
- Manage site team
- NEC4 form of contract
- General construction project manager role
The successful candidate should have skills including:
- Experienced with NEC4 form of contract
- Experienced with ASTA
- Minimum qualification: NVQ level 6 or HNC in Project Management
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within construction project management
- Computer literate with good experience of Microsoft Office
- Proven track record of successfully delivered projects
- Must be a strong negotiator with exceptional planning, multi-tasking and communication skills
- Understanding of construction technologies and building regulations
- Team player
- Ambitious and willing to grow with the company
- Self-starter, autonomous with excellent time management
- Friendly and approachable for our clients
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Strong leadership skills
- Valid driving licence
The salary is competitive, as a guide they will pay around £75,000 - £80,000 + package or will consider a freelance day rate.
