Contracts Manager

I am recruiting for Contract Managers to join a client of mine based in Portsmouth, they are a privately owned regional contractor with projects that vary in value up to £5m.\\n\\nThis company has a great reputation and pipeline of work.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * HNC or Degree in Construction Management\\n\\n * Experience overseeing multiple projects at the same time\\n\\n * Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office\\n\\n * Excellent Communication skills both written and verbally\\n\\n * Background working for a main contractor and a proven track record of delivering projects from start to completion\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\n * Reporting into the Operations Manager\\n\\n * This is a roaming role, therefore you will be covering 2-3 projects at once\\n\\n * Oversee work from the start through to completion\\n\\n * Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget\\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\n * Salary up to £65,000\\n\\n * Car allowance or company car\\n\\nIf you are interested in this role please apply
