Konnect are looking for an assistant site manager to join a reputable residential developer on a site near Chertsey, Surrey.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with all aspects of site management and coordination
- Supervising trades and subcontractors to maintain high standards of work
- Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
- Supporting the management of build programs and schedules
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality control
- Liaising with suppliers, site teams, and the wider construction management team
About You:
We’re looking for someone with a few years of residential site experience who is eager to learn and develop.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on residential housing site.
- Understanding of NHBC standards and site safety requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to progress within the company
- SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are desirable
