We’re working with a well-known national housebuilder to find a permanent Assistant Site Manager for a residential development near Haslemere. The Role: As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll support the Site Manager in delivering a new-build residential scheme from early stages through to completion. You’ll play a key role in ensuring health & safety compliance, maintaining build quality, and managing subcontractors on site. What We’re Looking For: * Experience working on volume residential sites (ideally with a PLC or large regional housebuilder). * Strong organisational and communication skills. * A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn from an experienced team. * Relevant qualifications (SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid). * Based within commutable distance to Haslemere/Bordon.
