Fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant/Administrator to work with a specialist Independent grounds work company that is growing rapidly. Based in Chandlersford.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Entering Supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing with disputes
- Payment runs
- Inputting invoices
- General accounts administration
- Subcontract ledger
- Working alongside the construction team
- Entering timesheets into Excel
- Checking and sending off Agency timesheets
- Weekly salary wages, entering timesheet and submitting to Accounts
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience of a similar role (ESSENTIAL)
- Sound knowledge and use of Microsoft Office particularly Outlook, Word and Excel (ESSENTIAL)
- Ability to type quickly and accurately (ESSENTIAL)
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills (ESSENTIAL)
- Familiar with Xero accounting system (DESIRABLE)
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
- Well-presented and friendly manner required to represent the company
