Konker Group is working with a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy that is looking to bring an Architect into its South West London team. Based on the outskirts of the city, this practice has real depth, with around 200 people across the UK delivering projects in healthcare, education, residential, and retail. The South West London team has around 20 professionals.
You’ll be joining a collaborative environment where Architects, Technologists and Surveyors work closely together, giving you exposure to projects from early design through to delivery. The workload is varied, but there’s a strong pipeline of technically interesting schemes, particularly within healthcare and education. You’ll be involved across multiple RIBA stages, supporting the delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
- Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to develop design and technical solutions
- Support planning applications, technical packages and construction information
- Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
To Be Considered:
- Qualified Architect (ARB registered or equivalent)
- Experience working across RIBA stages, ideally with strong technical exposure
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Live within a commutable distance of South West London
Salary: between £40,000 and £45,000, depending on experience.
