The Role
You'll lead the delivery of Building Services projects while managing a small team of around four engineers, developing client relationships and playing a key role in the future growth of the business. This remains a hands-on engineering position, combining technical Mechanical / Electrical design with project leadership, client engagement and mentoring. More importantly, you'll be joining a business actively looking to develop future Directors and Shareholders, making this far more than a traditional Associate role.
