Konker is recruiting a Revit MEP Technician in Birmingham, England, United Kingdom. This Building Services specific consultancy has been operating across the country for the last 8 years and has a strong team of 30 individuals. Due to workload and their ambitious plans, they are looking to complement their growing team with a Revit MEP Technician – ideally with 5 years plus experience and able to hit the ground running. They are in the process of confirming plans to open a new office, demonstrating their growth and ambition.
Base pay range: Up to around £45,000
Flexible working: 9 day fortnight (4 day working week every other week)
About the role: The successful candidate will have sound Building Services understanding and be able to use software packages such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks. All work is exclusively done using BIM, and you will be complementing 2 other BIM professionals within the business.
Requirements:
- Experience with Revit / BIM and Building Services design
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks
- 5+ years' Building Services design experience
