This Building Services specific consultancy have been operating across the country for the last 6 years and are now up to a strong team of 50 individuals across 4 offices. Due to workload and their ambitious plans, they are now looking to add a Senior BIM Technician to their friendly and already successful team – someone who can hit the ground running and has the desire to move into more of a BIM Management position in the near future.
Operating on all sides of building services design – mechanical, electrical, sustainability, BIM and public health, this consultancy have built a strong reputation in a short period and are looking to further establish themselves across the north of the country and the rest of the UK. They are a medium sized practice working in a huge range of sectors such as education, hospitals, residential and retail to name a few, ever expanding into new divisions.
Their BIM team currently stands at 5 individuals and there are 20 people in the Leeds office in total – slowly growing due to an impressive amount of work they’ve recently brought in. They are known for their impressive designs, work in all project sectors and are offering an opportunity to be part of a growing business as well as personal development. Their Leeds office handle most of the detailed design, but they collaborate closely together and have work around the country. They can offer one to one support as well as all the latest technologies to assist you with your work. - Proven experience working as a BIM Technician within a Building Services environment, consultancy or contracting.
