With a handful of flagships and award-winning projects, you could be working on a range of different and interesting residential projects from bespoke housing, care homes to glamping and adventure parks!
If you’re an experienced Architectural Technologist, ideally at a Senior level, and looking for an exciting change that can bring growth, career progression and a great working environment – this is the role for you!
About the practice:
With 20 years’ experience establishing themselves in the Midlands, this practice works around the country and are now looking to expand their team with an ambitious and versatile experienced Senior Architectural Technologist who has previously worked on projects within the residential sector such as house schemes, care homes and residential lodges, to name a few. After recently winning a very large scheme up to and around the £300M mark, you could now be leading the design and delivery of projects within this scheme. You will need strong experience working in an on-site design support role, confident with technical design packages & drawings through RIBA stages 4 to 6.
With a varied portfolio, this practice has won several awards for their designs and are able to offer you a range of projects in sectors such as high end residential, leisure, healthcare, commercial and heritage to name a few. They use the latest technologies, and their next hire will be able to hit the ground running with Revit. Having another CIAT chartered individual within the business would be great, but they’re also able to support you with chartership and get you where you want to be!
