Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a RIBA & CIAT practice based in central Leeds. This practice is looking to grow the team, which currently consists of around 35 people, after securing new projects. A Senior Architectural Technologist is required to run and manage projects. They are well known for the specialist work they do within the commercial and retail sectors, alongside working on Industrial and multi-use projects.
Vectorworks is used by this practice, with all members of staff being given substantial training to get up to speed with this software. When you join the practice, you will be given onboarding training from Vectorworks itself.
The Position:
- Run & manage projects
- Meet clients and other stakeholders to confirm and develop briefs for projects
- Work on and contribute to planning applications
- Focus on detailing, development, technical design & conception
- Leadership within the business and wanting to take on responsibility
Salary: Ranges from £35K-£45K, depending on previous experience.
