The Business: A small performance marketing agency based in Essex who are doing all the right things, from working with real genuine clients who value them to developing their staff and helping them grow as individuals. This business is a small team of 8 and is looking to double both revenue and headcount by the end of 2025. With that comes plenty of growth, development and career progression opportunities. We’re looking for five people to join the business across several different positions, certainly an exciting time to join the business! The Opportunity: As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy of your clients\’ campaigns, working closely with them to understand their needs & requirements. Working both on strategy and delivery with the wider team. You’ll proactively seek out solutions for your clients, support the development of junior members and be an SEO champion internally. If you’re commercially focused, a strategic thinker and love solving problems and coming up with creative SEO ideas, we want to hear from you. There’s no reason this role can’t be progressed to a Head of very quickly; with the rate of growth, we’ll need someone who can adapt and be on the journey for the long term. The role is 5 days a week in the office and in the future, once the team is slightly bigger, this could change. For the right person, we could discuss this.
