Based out of their London office, this business is known across the UK and the rest of the world; they’ve organised exhibitions, summits and conferences for almost two decades. This role is brand new for the organisation, a decision has been made to pass on responsibility and continue to build for the future and the Head of Sales is the way forward.
This position is a role that will hold everything together, managing a team of circa 10 others that will include Event Director, Sales Managers and others. Most HoS positions are ‘selling’ roles, not this; this role is strategic and commercial. The role is hybrid, 3 days a week in the office, the hours are flexible and the business is understanding; they use common sense when it comes to work-life balance.
