Based out of their London office, this business is known across the UK and the rest of the world, they’ve organised exhibitions, summits and conferences for almost two decades. This role is brand new for the organisation, a decision has been made to pass on responsibility and continue to build for the future and the Head of Sales is the way forward.
This position is a role that will hold everything together, managing a team of circa 10 others that will include Event Director, Sales Managers and others. Most HoS positions are ‘selling’ roles, not this; this role is strategic and commercial. The role is hybrid, 3 days a week in the office, the hours are flexible and the business is understanding, they use common sense when it comes to work-life balance.
