This is a brilliant opportunity for an Assistant, Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a forward-thinking consultancy working on a range of projects across the South West. With offices across the UK and growing presence in Exeter and Plymouth, the business supports clients in the commercial, residential, education, and public sectors, offering variety and meaningful work from the outset.

You'll be part of a collaborative, down to earth team that genuinely takes career development seriously. Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and delivering full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
  • Preparing cost plans, tender documents, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Advising on procurement strategy, risk, and cost control from inception to completion.
  • Working across a range of sectors including residential (essential) and commercial or infrastructure.
  • Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects successfully.
  • Supporting senior team members on complex projects while leading your own.

The Person:

  • Consultancy experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Working toward or committed to achieving MRICS (or similar professional status).
  • Experience in contract administration (JCT essential; NEC desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
