Konker is recruiting for a Project Surveyor (up to Associate level) to join a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy in their modern Warrington office.
This business has been established for over 10 years and now employs over 50 specialists across building surveying, project management, and architecture. Known for delivering high-quality projects and building long-term client relationships, the company continues to grow and has recently invested in a collaborative new office space to support its talented team.
The Role: (up to Associate Level)
You will be at the heart of project delivery, managing all commercial aspects and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, taking ownership of budgets and commercial performance
- Prepare and monitor contracts, valuations, cash flows, and cost forecasts
- Act as the primary contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring smooth project delivery
- Identify, negotiate, and manage variations, claims, and change orders
- Support and mentor junior team members
This role is ideal for a candidate with 3-4+ years\’ consultancy experience and a qualified quantity surveyor who is confident running projects independently, enjoys client facing responsibilities, and is ready to step up to an Associate level position.
