p strong Architects, Senior Architects Technicians/Technologists /strong /p p Nottinghamshire /p p br /p p A growing Nottinghamshire architecture practice is hiring across multiple levels. A pipeline packed with large-scale residential and development work, a young and informal studio culture, and an active growth story with more offices on the horizon. /p p br /p p Theyre primarily looking to hear from Project Architects, Senior Architects, and Technicians or Senior Technologists. Theyd consider Architects at the newly-qualified end for the right candidate. /p p br /p p The work spans large-scale residential development, plus recent moves into BTR and PBSA. If youve worked with national developers on schemes that go from concept all the way to on-site, theyll want to talk. /p p br /p p strong What the roles involve, day to day: /strong /p p br /p ul li Taking live projects across the full RIBA lifecycle, from 0 to 5 and into construction on site. /li li Working on schemes that actually reach the ground, not just planning submissions.
