Job Description
Project Architect – Oxford | £35,000-£45,000
Are you a delivery-minded Architect who loves Revit and owning jobs end-to-end?
Lead design, coordinate the team, run the contract – then see the building open.
In this Project Architect role, you’ll deepen your BIM/Revit skills (top-up training available), have a real client voice, and work across projects where technical quality actually matters.
You’ll join a multi-disciplinary environment with the right mix of responsibility and support.
You’ll lead your own schemes up to ~£5m, team up on £5–10m projects, and contribute to bigger multi-discipline work. Revit/BIM sits at the core, and you’ll stay involved from feasibility through handover.
You’ll enjoy:
- Proper project ownership (RIBA 0–7), not just concept, then hand-off
- Revit/BIM first delivery, with update training if you need it
- Client exposure, bids/case studies input, and real progression
- Time in Oxford (with the London office as needed) and a clear CPD path
You’ll bring:
- ARB registration and some post-qualification experience
- Confident Revit/AutoCAD user (BIM Level 2 experience welcome)
- A track record of coordinating teams and administering contracts
