Up to 3 days a week from home. Flexible hours. A sensible, grown-up approach to how work fits around life.
An established Nottingham design practice is hiring a Landscape Architect to join its studio. A varied, wide-ranging project portfolio, a design-led culture that takes landscape seriously as part of a wider offer, and a team with a strong reputation across the Midlands and beyond.
You’ll work on live landscape projects across multiple stages, from concept through to delivery, contributing to schemes that span residential, commercial, education, masterplanning and more.
The Landscape Architect role, day to day:
- Working live landscape projects from concept through to delivery.
- Producing planting plans, hard landscape detailing, construction information and visualisations.
- Collaborating with architects and the wider design team on integrated schemes.
- Engaging with clients, consultants and contractors across the project lifecycle.
- Contributing to design reviews, specifications and sustainability considerations.
What we’re looking for in this Landscape Architect:
- Degree in Landscape Architecture, chartered with LI (or working towards).
- A few years of UK post-qualification experience.
- Strong design eye and solid technical ability.
- Confident across the project lifecycle, from concept through to construction information.
- Clear communicator, collaborative, and comfortable working across disciplines.
- Experience with the usual industry software (CAD, Adobe Suite, and ideally some BIM / 3D modelling tools).
Why this Landscape Architect role in Nottingham is worth a look:
- Up to 3 days a week from home, flexible hours, and a studio that treats balance as the default.
- Wide-ranging projects across residential, commercial, education, masterplanning and more.
- A design-led, award-winning practice with strong heritage and an active portfolio.
- Nottingham as a base, with reach across the wider region.
