Konker is working with a practice who is expanding their team as part of their strategy for growth. This is a busy, multi-disciplinary, award-winning design studio seeking a Conservation Architect to join the team in Bristol, which is one of 5 locations across the UK. They work across a range of sectors and are committed to being Net Zero Emissions by 2030, whilst promoting design excellence along the way! The team prides itself on collaboration and a strong ‘One Studio’ culture across all the UK offices. The fantastic culture has led to solid staff retention and a highly talented and experienced group of people working together. The salary range for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
About you:
- Conservation Architect
- Either accredited or interested in gaining accreditation
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Work both as part of a team and independently
- Use of Revit, and have proven experience in practice
- Strong design skills
- Experience working across RIBA stages
- Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in practice
