This is a fantastic opportunity to work with national housing developers and PLCs, contributing to the design and delivery of well-designed residential schemes across the UK.
You’ll join a supportive team of Architects and Technologists, working on a range of projects including open-market housing, affordable housing and retirement living.
- Design and deliver residential projects from planning through to completion.
- Work closely with national housing developers and PLCs on large-scale housing schemes.
- Produce planning and technical drawing packages.
- Ensure projects comply with current UK Building Regulations and relevant legislation.
- Utilise BIM software, ideally Revit, with training available where required.
- Previous experience working on residential projects within UK architectural practice.
- Experience working across a range of RIBA stages, ideally from planning through to technical delivery.
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction.
- Revit experience would be beneficial.
Salary: £38,000-£46,000, depending on experience.
