This well-known and fast-growing developer is now on the hunt for an Assistant Design Manager to shadow and work very closely with the Design Manager, due to a very high workload. You’ll be working on a mix of residential, commercial and healthcare projects, both large and small, across the country, giving you the chance to experience different buildings and engage with a wide range of stakeholders. Committed to delivering high quality and sustainable buildings, this innovative developer has created a strong and close-knit team, all working towards the same common goal. Your responsibilities as Assistant Design Manager:
- Coordinating all aspects of design on a range of projects
- Liaising with all stakeholders regarding design such as Architects, Consultants, Engineers and contractors
- Involved in design reviews & coordination meetings
- Monitoring design teams' progress alongside programmes and deadlines
