With continued growth across the PPC team, they are now looking for a Senior PPC Manager to work closely with the Head of PPC, support the wider team and play a key role in the ongoing development of the department.

The Role:

As Senior PPC Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts while helping drive the wider PPC function forward. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on campaign management and team development. You'll work closely with the Head of PPC to identify opportunities for growth, improve processes, support junior team members and contribute towards the future direction of the agency's paid media offering. Alongside leading high-value client campaigns, you'll be encouraged to test new ideas, embrace automation and AI, and help define best practice across the department.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead PPC strategy across a portfolio of key client accounts.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Support and mentor members of the PPC team.
  • Deliver performance reviews, insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and account auditing.
  • Support new business activity through audits, proposals and pitches.
  • Develop and improve internal processes, tools and workflows.
  • Explore automation, AI and experimentation opportunities across PPC delivery.
  • Collaborate with teams across SEO, Paid Social and Digital PR.
  • Help shape the future direction of the PPC department.

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience within PPC, either agency or in-house.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful PPC campaigns.
  • Strong experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience managing senior client relationships and presenting strategy.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on business outcomes and ROI.
  • Experience mentoring, supporting or developing other PPC professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in automation, AI and improving processes.
  • Agency experience would be advantageous.

  • £55,000 DOE + Bonus.
