You'll join a supportive, trend-focused team that values creativity, experimentation, and high-quality visual storytelling. Your work will define the brand's look and feel across social, paid media, and digital campaigns.
The Role:
As Digital Designer, you'll create standout visuals, motion graphics, and social-first content for campaigns, product launches, paid ads, and creator-led projects. You'll maintain brand consistency, translate briefs into polished outputs, and build reusable assets to streamline campaign delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and loves creating scroll-stopping content that engages audiences.
About You:
- Must have demonstrable experience creating social and/or paid social content, either in-house or agency side
- 1-2 years' experience in digital design or content creation
- Strong graphic design skills, with experience producing digital assets for campaigns, social, and brand communication
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Confident in producing motion graphics, short-form video, and social-first assets
- Solid understanding of TikTok and Instagram content formats
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple briefs simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, able to support captions and product messaging
The Package:
- Salary: ~£30,000 DOE
- Hybrid working: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote, with flexi-time
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
