What if your next move was about more than just another promotion?
Some consultancies are built around hierarchy, bigger teams and simply moving people through the next job title.
This opportunity is a little different.
You'll be joining an established multidisciplinary consultancy with a growing Manchester M&E team and an increasing pipeline of work, particularly across the healthcare sector.
The team is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer who can take ownership of projects, provide technical leadership and help support the development of more junior engineers.
Why This One?
The Manchester M&E team currently has around eight people, including a Technical Director, Associate, Principal and Senior Engineers.
You'll be joining at an exciting point for the team, with increased demand for senior electrical expertise and plenty of work already secured.
The project portfolio is predominantly healthcare, alongside a mixture of residential and commercial projects.
There's also the opportunity to support other teams across the wider business with your electrical expertise.
You'll be leading projects and guiding engineers around you, but importantly, you won't initially be tied down with formal line management responsibilities.
The focus is on what you do best, technical delivery, project leadership and developing the people around you.

Could This Be You?
We're looking for an Electrical Building Services Engineer with strong consultancy experience who's ready to take on greater responsibility.
You'll need solid technical knowledge, experience leading projects and the confidence to provide guidance to more junior engineers.
You don't necessarily need to have formal management experience.
Technical leadership, project ownership and the ability to get the best from those around you are more important.
If you're already an Associate, this could be your opportunity to join a growing team where you'll have genuine influence.
If you're operating at Principal level, they're also open to speaking with you if you're looking for a new challenge.
Big enough to have great projects. Small enough for your experience to make a difference.
