Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join a well-established, multi-office architectural practice with a strong reputation in the residential sector. The business works with major national housing developers and PLCs, delivering a wide range of projects across the UK. Their work includes large-scale open-market housing, affordable housing and retirement living, giving you exposure to technically challenging projects from planning through to delivery. Their London office is a growing team of around 10 people, working from a spacious office with capacity for around 20. The office is conveniently located close to the Waterloo line, with excellent transport links across London. As an Architectural Technician, you’ll support the delivery of residential projects, producing detailed technical drawing packages and working alongside experienced colleagues throughout the design and construction process. Good understanding of UK Building Regulations.
