The Business:
A reputable event organiser who hosts industry-leading events across the UK in various verticals such as Healthcare, Education & Public Sector. They have operated for years, incredibly stable and are now looking to get to that next stage. With offices in Surrey and London, your time at each will be split. This business hosts several types of events such as round tables, 1-2-1's and hosted buyers.
The Position:
As a Portfolio Director, you will be responsible for driving performance with a team of up to 10 sales professionals, ultimately focusing on how to get the very best out of them. As the team grows, different dynamics take place and we are looking for someone who has a firm but fair approach. Extensive people management experience, ideally of sales professionals, is required. This position is part of the senior leadership team and will report directly to the MD. This is an exciting time to join the business as they have plans to continue on their growth mission and this role will play a pivotal role in that. The role is 3 days a week in the office, split between both locations.
