A well-regarded London architecture practice is hiring an Architectural Technologist to join its commercial team. Strong pipeline, varied projects, and a studio that takes design quality and sustainability seriously.

You'll produce technical design packages and see projects through the construction stages, working across commercial schemes with exposure to defence sector work. A hands-on technical role with the backing of an established practice and a clear path to grow.

The Role:
  • Producing detailed technical design packages and carrying them through to construction.
  • Working mainly on commercial projects, with scope to get into defence sector work.
  • Applying current Building Safety Act requirements, UK building regulations, and CDM obligations.
  • Producing specifications (a real plus if you've done it before).
  • Working closely with the wider design team, and confidently on your own when needed.
What you'll need:
  • A few years' experience working as an Architectural Technologist, ideally CIAT-accredited or working towards it.
  • Strong Revit skills and confidence across other industry software.
  • A track record of technical design packages and construction-stage involvement.
  • Solid knowledge of the Building Safety Act, building regs, and CDM.
  • A clear communicator, equally comfortable solo or in a team.
