Konker is seeking a Project Architect to join the Liverpool studio of a well-known AJ100 practice. We are looking for somebody who has strong design and technical capabilities and confidence in managing projects, working closely with clients and leading teams through project delivery. You will have the opportunity to contribute to project delivery and play a role in the continued growth of the practice.

The role:

  • Lead architectural design and project delivery across multiple stages
  • Manage project programmes, resources and client relationships
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and wider design teams
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and project requirements
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to design reviews and technical development

About You:

  • ARB registered Architect, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong design and technical delivery capability
  • Proven experience leading projects and managing teams
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and/or other industry-standard software
  • Experience across residential, mixed-use or related sectors is desirable

Salary: £39,000 - £46,000 DOE
