The Role
- You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, architects and contractors.
- The position offers a blend of managerial responsibility and hands-on design and project autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Structural design in steel, concrete, timber and masonry.
- Surveying and reporting and attendance at meetings/site visits.
- Production of calculations, drawings and specifications.
- Project management of small to medium-sized schemes.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
About You
- Chartered with IStructE or ICE essential.
- Proven experience working within a UK consultancy environment.
- Commercially aware with the ability to manage workload independently.
- Confident communicator who enjoys being client facing and work winning.
- Experience using industry-standard design software e.g. AutoCAD; Tekla.
