Konker is currently recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join a vibrant, award-winning Architectural Practice that is based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre, in the northern part of the city. This RIBA practice employs 25 members of architectural staff, and they have a solid order book of work. They are well-known within the area, pay well, and have well-respected Directors who have great relationships with many blue-chip clients across the country.

As an Architectural Technician at this innovative practice, you will be working on a wide variety of residential projects, from luxury housing developments to high-rise residential schemes, as well as being involved in retirement living schemes and bespoke one-off homes. AutoCAD experience is essential to this role, and Revit is beneficial. Your job role will involve working on the conception and technical design, and delivering construction drawings and tender packages, as well as the development and detailing of construction technology.

It's expected you have a few years’ experience working in architectural practice. In addition, having residential experience would be beneficial but not essential if you have the right attitude to learn and push on with your career. You will be supported by a Chartered Architectural Technologist who will support you with completing your MCIAT.
