In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed technical offers and quotations in response to customer inquiries, helping to develop a robust sales pipeline focused on exceptional customer satisfaction. You’ll monitor and manage customer queries, while actively engaging with clients to address their needs and guide them to the best solutions. Collaboration skills are key, as you’ll work closely with all areas of the company, fostering strong relationships and maintaining daily communication with the manufacturing team to ensure sales operations run smoothly.
