With continued growth across the Digital division, they are now looking for a Head of Paid Digital to lead the Paid Media function and play a key role in the agency's ongoing success.

The Role: As Head of Paid Digital, you'll take ownership of the agency's Paid Media offering, leading strategy, performance and team development across a broad portfolio of client accounts. This is a senior leadership role where you'll work closely with the Digital Commercial Director and wider leadership team to shape the future direction of the department. You'll be responsible for developing talent, driving innovation, maintaining best practice and ensuring Paid Digital continues to deliver exceptional commercial results for both clients and the agency. Alongside leading the team, you'll act as a senior strategic contact for key clients, support new business activity and help identify opportunities for future growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define and deliver the Paid Digital vision and strategy.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Paid Media team.
  • Oversee campaign strategy across Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
  • Act as a senior strategic lead across key client accounts.
  • Drive innovation through testing, automation, AI and new platform opportunities.
  • Support forecasting, resourcing and departmental planning.
  • Contribute to new business pitches, audits and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain best practice across planning, activation, optimisation and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Digital, Client Services and Commercial teams.
  • Ensure the Paid Digital function continues to deliver strong commercial performance and ROI.

About You:

  • 6+ years' experience within Paid Media or Performance Marketing.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Agency experience is essential.
  • Commercially minded with experience managing significant budgets and driving profitability.
  • Strong understanding of automation, AI and emerging paid media trends.
  • Confident presenting strategy and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation.
