The Agency

Known for their strategic thinking and award-winning campaigns, they\’re now looking for a senior leader to drive the next phase of their growth.
The Role
As Head of Agency, you\’ll take the reins on both commercial growth and creative excellence. You\’ll be responsible for pitching and winning high-value accounts, refining workflows, managing a talented multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
You\’ll balance long-term vision with day-to-day delivery, whilst making sure the agency continues to evolve, grow, and remain at the forefront of the industry.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Leading the agency\’s growth strategy and identifying new business opportunities
- Pitching for and securing large-scale accounts across multiple sectors
- Overseeing operations and improving processes across all departments
- Managing and mentoring a talented team spanning creative, strategy, content, and production
- Tracking performance metrics, ensuring profitability, and reporting to leadership
- Representing the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
