An established building services engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Mechanical Engineer to join its growing team in Winchester and soon work into a position where they can join the Directors in running the business.

With a team of 28 professionals and over 45 years of industry experience, the business delivers high-quality Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) engineering solutions across a wide range of residential and commercial projects. Their portfolio ranges from high-end private homes and refurbishments to large mixed-use and multi-million-pound developments, often supporting developers and contractors from early design through to project completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer looking to lead projects, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in the ongoing growth of a well-respected consultancy.
