Konker is recruiting for a Graduate Urban Designer / Assistant Urban Designer to join a leading RIBA practice in their Newport or Gloucester office.
For the right Graduate Urban Designer, this is a rare chance to join a practice that is constantly growing, but also to work with their Urban Design team of 8 which is split between the Gloucester and Newport offices. The practice employs over 120 people and is growing!
As the Graduate Urban Designer, you will be using Vectorworks, Photoshop, InDesign and Sketchup, so any previous experience is beneficial. However, on-the-job training in software can be given to the right person.
The Urban Design team has had some real success stories with the previous Graduate Urban Designer now leading projects after a period of three years. This is a unique but also exciting opportunity where you will be given the chance to work on masterplans and placeplans all across Wales, designing tomorrow’s towns & villages.
