Graduate Building Surveyor
Surrey – Dorking
£30,000 – £35,000 DOE + car allowance + company bonus (discretionary)

Just finished your Building Surveying degree and ready to hit the ground running? This is the opportunity you won’t want to miss! You'll work side-by-side with senior surveyors on a diverse range of projects across residential (80%) and commercial (20%) sectors.

Role:
- Support senior surveyors across a variety of professional and project service
- Get involved in site inspections, condition surveys, and technical reporting
- Assist with party wall matters, dilapidations, and defect analysis
- Contribute to project specifications, contract administration, and tendering
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultant
- Take an active role in your APC journey with expert guidance every step of the way
