The projects are varied, mainly residential at around 80 percent with some commercial, giving you a broad foundation of experience.

Responsibilities
- Supporting senior surveyors across a wide variety of professional and project services
- Getting involved in site inspections, condition surveys, quinquennial surveys and technical reporting
- Assisting with party wall matters, dilapidations and defect analysis
- Helping with project specifications, contract administration and tendering
- Building strong relationships with clients and contractors
- Actively working towards Chartership with tailored support every step of the way
