Konker is recruiting a Senior Architectural Technician to join a well-established and collaborative architectural practice based in Exeter. With a strong presence across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset, the team has built an excellent reputation for delivering thoughtful, high-quality projects across the region.
In this role, you’ll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, contributing across a variety of RIBA stages. The position offers the chance to play a key role in the delivery of projects within the education and commercial sectors, working closely with architects, consultants and clients to bring schemes from concept through to completion.
As a Senior Architectural Technician, you’ll take ownership of producing detailed technical information, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and supporting project delivery to ensure designs are translated effectively into construction. You’ll lead project teams when required while also having the confidence to manage your own workload and work independently.
The role will also include site visits and inspections, providing technical guidance and ensuring projects are delivered in line with planning requirements, technical standards and agreed project targets. The practice is based in Exeter, offering onsite parking alongside hybrid working arrangements, creating a flexible and supportive environment for the team.
- Salary for this position is between £35K and £50K, depending on experience.
- 25 days of annual leave in addition to the 8 recognised bank holidays.
