Our client is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team, to initially run an industrial/logistics project that is going on site this year! They invest in their staff and are looking for individuals who enjoy their work and will bring plenty of enthusiasm along with them. About you:
- Proven experience using Revit in practice
- Previous experience in the commercial/industrial sector is a bonus
- 5 + years post degree/qualification experience in practice
- Experience working across a range of sectors
- Strong technical knowledge across RIBA stages 3-5
- Experience coordinating information with consultants, contractors, and statutory bodies
- Proven ability to lead the technical delivery of projects
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- CIAT membership (or working towards) advantageous
The salary for this position is £40,000 - £45,000 DOE.
