Want to work for a developer where you can influence projects from land acquisition through to completion? This is an opportunity to join a growing Cornish residential developer that delivers everything from small bespoke developments through to multi-phase housing schemes.

With around 20-30 projects in the pipeline and secure private funding in place, it’s an exciting time to become part of the business. Unlike many roles, you’ll be involved in both the architectural design and technical delivery of projects. You’ll produce work in-house while also coordinating and managing external consultants, giving you exposure to the full development process.

You’ll be joining a business that combines a range of standard house types with bespoke, high-end signature developments across Cornwall. The role offers genuine variety, allowing you to develop both your architectural and technical management skills. The team is collaborative, growing, and ambitious, with clear opportunities for progression as the business continues to expand.

To Be Considered:

  • Architect or Architectural Technologist
  • Residential development experience through RIBA Stages 3-5
  • Experience in producing planning, technical and building control packages
  • Ability to coordinate consultants and manage technical information
  • ArchiCAD experience is ideal, but other 3D software experience will be fine.
  • Experience within a housing developer or architectural practice working on residential schemes

Salary for this position is between £40K & £46K doe.
