Do you have LV power distribution experience working as a compliance engineer or similar, looking for an exciting and new opportunity that can shape your career? This is a globally recognised company which leads the way in street lighting controls, power distribution, and EV supply solutions. You'll be part of a forward-thinking team, playing a critical role in shaping innovative infrastructure solutions that help power smart cities.
The Role:
- Oversee product compliance for LV feeder pillars and switchgear, ensuring adherence to key standards such as BS7671 and BSEN 61439.
- Manage compliance testing, from designing test programs to ensuring accurate documentation and certifications.
- Drive product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise on technical issues, manage complaints, and maintain our QMS standards.
- Produce detailed reports and product design books, maintaining a clear overview of all compliance activities.
- Be a key player in managing product lifecycle from concept through to compliance certification.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, applications, or development engineering in LV distribution.
- Proven expertise in product testing.
- Strong understanding of QMS frameworks and technical compliance standards.
- HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Right to work in the UK.
