The Business: An exciting new start-up business delivering conferences in the Life Sciences and Manufacturing sectors across the US and Germany. Founded by the Co-Owner of a successful well-known London based events business, ready to hit the ground running making their mark in the US markets. Flexibility, trust, and passion is at the heart of the business, leading the way in the pharmaceutical sector whilst providing a modern approach way to work! With a clear concise plan moving forward, it really is an exciting time for the business and great opportunity.
About You: Experienced in conference agenda, event production and speaker acquisition for high C-Suite Level individuals within the Life Sciences sector. Ready to hit the ground running in a position leading to mentorship/leadership for a growing team across the next 12 months. Must be excited to join a start up business ready to get stuck into the events, with the first conference happening in October 2026 in the US. Experienced across client communications, planning speaker agendas and flexible to travel out to deliver the events and ensure seamless delivery. Knowledge on the Life science sector is desirable, if working in a similar sector where you have transferrable skills could also be considered. Ability to work independently, self-motivated and ability to hit KPIS on a weekly basis, enjoys self-management and is a great collaborative colleague.
Exciting Key Points:
- This role is fully remote, with the option for going into the London office 1 day a week if this was preferred, however not essential.
- Flexible working hours! Your hours are down to you, as long as you hit your targets set and your events are on track, you work to the best hours that suit you. For example… if you have a gym class at 10am... you go to that class!
- With the flexibility of hours, this comes with responsibility to ensure you are hitting KPIs, also managing time zones and client communications for the US Market. (US Hours typically can be anytime from 10am-7pm)
- Performance based bonus scheme in place (Target driven)
- Opportunities to travel multiple times per year to the US and Germany to deliver conferences!
Please apply if you have:
- At least 3 years’ experience managing full end to end conference production, ideally with experience in Life Sciences.
- Knowledge managing and recruiting C-Suite level individuals as key note speakers, confident in speaker acquisition and agenda.
- You have a fully functional at home work set up, with strong WIFI connections and you are happy working fully remote.
- You are confident self-managing your time, workload with future goals to grow your own team!
