With continued growth across the SEO team, they are now looking for an SEO Manager to lead key client accounts and play an important role in the ongoing development of the department.
The Role:
As SEO Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, leading strategy, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on role that combines technical SEO, strategy and client management. You'll work closely with senior leadership while remaining heavily involved in campaign delivery, helping clients improve visibility, traffic, leads and revenue through effective search strategies. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with specialists across PPC, Paid Social and wider marketing channels, ensuring SEO is integrated into broader performance objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Lead SEO strategy across a portfolio of client accounts.
- Deliver technical SEO audits and oversee implementation.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and opportunity identification.
- Manage website migrations and complex SEO projects.
- Monitor performance, analyse data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams across SEO, PPC and Paid Social.
- Stay ahead of industry developments, algorithm updates and emerging technologies.
About You:
- 3+ years' experience within SEO.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge and audit experience.
- Proven track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns.
- Experience working with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and GA4.
- Strong understanding of website migrations, site architecture and technical optimisation.
- Commercially minded with a focus on business outcomes and ROI.
- Confident managing client relationships and presenting recommendations.
- Organised, analytical and highly detail-oriented.
- Agency experience would be advantageous.

- £40,000 DOE + Bonus
