Chartered / Associate Building Surveyor
Manchester – Central

A leading building surveying practice is seeking a Chartered or Associate-level Building Surveyor to join their high-performing Manchester office. Role:
- Deliver building surveying services across the residential sector, including refurbishments and large-scale projects up to £20m.
- Undertake defect analysis, condition surveys, planned maintenance programmes, and detailed report writing.
- Provide project management and contract administration services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining excellent relationships.
- Mentor and support junior surveyors and APC candidates.
- Contribute to business development and represent the company at industry events.
