This role is focused more on project delivery than professional services. You’ll support and lead building surveying projects from early-stage advice and feasibility through to contract administration and completion, playing a key role in delivering successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and deliver projects across multiple sectors

• Provide pre-contract advice including feasibility and cost guidance

• Conduct inspections and produce technical reports

• Prepare specifications, tender documents, and contracts

• Assist/act as contract administrator (valuations, certifications, meetings)

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate

• Contribute to business development and client growth

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

The Person

• Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or similar

• MRICS qualified or currently working towards chartership

• Consultancy experience preferred

• Strong communication and organisational skills
