You’ll work remotely from home, with site visits typically across London and the surrounding areas (within a 2-hour radius). Youll be involved in commercial and residential projects with a focus on social housing building surveys.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting RICS Level 1, 2, and 3 building surveys
- Preparing expert witness reports for housing disrepair and landlord disputes
- Party wall assessments and advisory work
- Damp, mould, and condensation investigations
- Handling boundary disputes and leasehold/property-related cases
- Retrofit and EPC assessments (training or accreditation support available)
